I was assisted with a ID1 form

I was assisted with a ID1 form. Booking was tricky due to my lack of tech knowledge. However I called and was talked through buy a superb member of staff. Appointment booked quickly and once attended via zoom, I had all the completed paperwork within hours. Best price i could find and a service that matched. Thank you

Would definitely use them again and would recommend to others.

Needed a declaration of no interest in a house to transfer to our daughter and husband. More usually done with 2 people rather than 4 apparently, but this was no problem to Parachute Law and it was sorted in no time. Received regular calls and emails from Nel, who was great, and it was all sorted promptly. Would definitely use them again and would recommend to others.

Applied for severance of joint tenancy to complete HRMC form 17.

New area for me entirely however the team were very quick to respond to queries and guide me along which I appreciated as I was unsure exactly what needed to be done. Very clearly explained the stages involved. Completed the entire legal requirements I had very quickly which was pleasantly surprising. Their website and online forms were all very straightforward to use.

Should the need arise in the future will use them again and would be happy to recommend them.

Absolutely fantastic law firm

Absolutely fantastic law firm. Certainly the best we've dealt with. Nel kept us updated all the time, always answering quickly to emails and calls. We had to carry out two different changes to our property tittle for the sale to go through and our conveyancers weren't able to do it so Parachute's help with the matter was invaluable.

Simple cheap and very very efficient

I wanted a fairly straightforward deed drafted and after every local solicitor I contacted showed zero interest and in most cases couldn't be bothered to even answer the phone, I stumbled upon Parachute. Very glad I did too. Efficiency and simplicity from the moment I got in touch. Very reasonable fixed prices. From first contact to final document it took less than 48 hours. Brilliant.

In the middle of a re-mortgaging process we needed a Certificate of Compliance (Anti-fraud restriction certificate) and none of the 17 solicitors we called could help us out (due to the covid situation - their office is too small / or they work only from home / or currently they deal with different cases only... etc..)...

PARACHUTE LAW did not hesitate. Ashlee and Luciana offered us an online interview next day and handed the Certificate to our conveyance right after the interview. They are really friendly and easy to talk to. They answered my emails in no time.
