Accessibility Statement

This accessibility statement applies to www.parachutelaw.co.uk, it is run by Boast Consultancy.

Accessibility, diversity and inclusivity are a major part of Parachute Law's core values. We strive to make our services as user friendly as possible, to everyone.

While we are not legally required to comply with the accessibility requirements placed on public sector bodies, we believe that a more equitable and accessible world (and website) is a better one.

We’re always looking to improve the accessibility of this website. If you find any problems, please contact: thelegalteam@parachutelaw.co.uk FAO: Website Team. Or, give us a call on 0207 183 4547. We are very grateful for your support in improving our level of service to you.

We want as many people as possible to be able to use this website. For example, that means you should be able to:
  • change colours, contrast levels and fonts
  • zoom in up to 300% without the text spilling off the screen
  • navigate most of the website, including our forms, using just a keyboard
  • navigate most of the website using speech recognition software
  • switch on captions in any embedded videos from our YouTube channel.
  • listen to most of the website using a screen reader (including the most recent versions of JAWS, NVDA and VoiceOver)
  • listen to an audio description of any images using a screen reader
  • We’ve also made the website text as simple as possible to understand.
AbilityNet has advice on making your device easier to use if you have a disability.

We know some parts of this website are not fully accessible:

  • you cannot modify the line height or spacing of text
  • some older PDF documents are not fully accessible to screen reader software
  • some of our online forms are difficult to navigate using just a keyboard
  • you cannot skip to the main content when using a screen reader

We are making improvements to the accessibility limitations of this website, as time and technology allow. With so many pages to manage, we really appreciate your patience. Please reach out to report a problem which needs fixing.
