Providing affordable online legal services is important to us as part of our pledge to support working families, clients with mobility issues and anyone who faces physical, logistical or financial challenges to attending old school solicitors appointments in stuffy offices.
Getting your legal advice online also enables us to keep you (and our team) safer, by eliminating the contact risk during the coronavirus pandemic.
We are also committed to reducing all unnecessary emissions to protect the environment. Operating online helps us to cut out travel emissions from clients travelling to and from our offices.
Providing as much of our paperwork as possible digitally, limits our impact on paper production and deforestation, as well as reducing the emissions involved in posting paperwork around the country.
Unfortunately, however, some lenders are taking a little while longer to catch up. A few will not accept legal advice online.
Where we are aware that a lender will not accept advice that we have provided via zoom, skype or another video conferencing platform, we will do our best to bring this to your attention. Nonetheless, you, the client, are responsible for confirming with your lender that they will accept legal advice online before instructing your solicitor.
